Allen J. Dixon

Allen J. Dixon, born and raised in Maryland, is a proud graduate of Morgan State University with a degree in Marketing. Over the years, Allen has accumulated a wealth of experience working with top-tier companies like HP, the NBA League Office, Washington Wizards, NBC Sports, and Red Bull, channeling these experiences into his entrepreneurial venture, The Lighthouse Agency — a marketing and consulting firm focused on content creation, strategy, and helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape.

With a decade of experience behind the camera, Allen has honed his craft in content creation, photography, and short-film production. His work has garnered nearly 1 million views across social media platforms in just the past 24 months, and he's successfully grown three accounts to over 200,000 views each.

In addition to his business endeavors, Allen has demonstrated a talent for community engagement, having hosted numerous events and led outreach initiatives. While at Morgan State, Allen served as the President of the Morgan State NAACP, Vice President of Club Volleyball, and Social Media Chair for the Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He also contributed to the university's athletics marketing team, capturing fan engagement and content for various sports, including basketball, football, tennis, and softball. His extensive leadership and creative experience reflect his commitment to building impactful connections and driving results in everything he undertakes.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Allen is deeply passionate about fitness and his faith. He co-hosts a thriving church group of over 250+ members, guiding and growing his community through spiritual leadership.
